A restorative countryside experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect — with yourself, with nature and with others.
This full-day countryside retreat is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect — with yourself, with nature and with others.
Set in the beautiful Berkshire countryside, Spring Move & Coach Day blends scenic walking, mindful movement and reflective coaching into a gentle yet powerful reset for body and mind.
Created by Fanny Kokocinska and Marion Zesty, this experience combines coaching, movement, breathwork and meaningful human connection in a warm and supportive environment.
Whether you are feeling mentally overloaded, emotionally stretched or simply in need of space to think clearly again, this day offers an opportunity to pause and recalibrate away from the noise of everyday life.
What the Day Includes
A Beautiful 12km Circular Countryside Walk
A flowing and peaceful walk through the Pangbourne and Goring Gap area in Berkshire.
Designed at a relaxed, retreat-like pace, the walk creates space for grounding, conversation, reflection and presence rather than performance.
Breathwork in Motion
Gentle breathwork practices woven naturally throughout the walk to help regulate energy, calm the nervous system and bring greater awareness into the present moment.
No experience needed.
Fusion Movement Circle in Nature
A nature-immersed movement session inspired by Pilates, mobility and mindful stretching.
Designed to release tension, re-centre and strengthen core through movement and flow.
Coaching Circle & Guided Reflection
Nature coaching experience and guided reflection exercises to help you gain clarity, perspective and renewed direction.
Expect warmth, openness and genuine connection in a grounded and supportive space.
A Riverside Gastro Pub to Nourish & Connect
Midway through the day, we’ll pause to relax, connect and enjoy nourishing food together at The Swan at Streatley — a beautifully restored 17th-century riverside retreat set on the banks of the River Thames.
With its calm countryside setting, terrace overlooking the water and relaxed atmosphere, it offers the perfect space to slow down, reflect and recharge during the experience.
Guests will be able to choose from a variety of seasonal lunch options and simply pay for what they consume.
