Inclusive Leadership in Action

Half-Day Experiential Workshop for Coaches and Leaders

Tuesday 23 June 2026
9:30am – 2pm
London SE1

Inclusive leadership is not simply a workplace initiative — it is a practice of awareness, courage and intentional action.

Join us for a dynamic half-day workshop exploring how coaching can support leaders to create cultures of belonging, psychological safety and meaningful inclusion.

This highly interactive event combines reflective practice, experiential learning and live Forum Theatre to bring real workplace challenges to life. Together, we will explore practical ways to navigate bias, power dynamics and difficult conversations with greater confidence, compassion and impact. The session is designed to move beyond theory and create space for embodied learning, honest dialogue and actionable insight.

Forum Theatre Experience

Co-facilitated by Patricia Fanny Kokocinska and Lin Sagovsky, this interactive session draws on theatre-based techniques to explore workplace inclusion challenges in a dynamic and reflective way.
